You don’t need a recipe for this. This is really, really easy. You need two flour tortillas per person, grated Quesadilla cheese, thinly sliced cabbage, and jalapeno. I used the canned chopped jalapeno. Mix all the filling together. Put a little oil or butter on a griddle or pan, put one tortilla, put some of the cheese mixture, and cover it. Let it cook on low heat until some of the cheese has melted. Put the other tortilla on top, press down and flip. Let it cook, uncovered for a few more minutes or until all the cheese is melted. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut it into serving pieces.
I’m including this in recipe format in case you want to save it for later.
