Henckels has always been known for great knives. A good pizza cutter can make all the difference, especially when dealing with thick crusts and hearty toppings. I recently tried the Henckels Pizza Slicer, and it exceeded my expectations in both sharpness and ease of use.
The set comes with the pizza cutter and a dough cutter. The dough cutter has measurements on it so you know just how much you are cutting. Of course, because they’re Henckels, they are both sharp. The pizza cutter comes in a sleeve to prevent damage in shipping – I recommend keeping that sleeve to protect it in your drawer and to protect you! It’s sharp!

In Depth Review
I put the Henckels Pizza Slicer to the test with a homemade pesto pizza loaded with red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, Mediterranean olives, and mushrooms. This was no thin-crust situation—the dough was thick, airy, and had a stuffed crust, making it the perfect challenge for a pizza cutter.
Right away, I noticed how sharp the slicer is. It glides through the toppings and cheese without dragging, ensuring that every slice comes out clean. The weight of the stainless steel blade helps create even pressure, so you don’t have to saw back and forth. Just one firm motion, and you’re through!
The wide blade also makes it easy to cut through large pizzas without shifting the toppings around. Plus, cleanup is simple—no food gets stuck in crevices, and it wipes down easily.
If you love making homemade pizza, this slicer is a must-have. It’s durable, sharp, and effortless to use. No more struggling with flimsy wheels or dull edges—this slicer gets the job done every time. Highly recommended!
