Making a simple Father’s Day Centerpiece is so easy and yet will make Dad feel so appreciated on his special day.

This has to be the easiest centerpiece on record! It takes just a few minutes to make.  Not only is it easy to make, but you also get something to drink before you make it.

*Dad’s Root Beer is worth finding either at your local supermarket or your local beverage retailer. If Dad is a root beer lover, you’ll be happy to know that Dad’s Root Beer Soda is still made with the same great recipe that has been loved for generations. Enjoy the bold and flavorful taste of Root Beer Soda.  Be sure to save a bottle for Dad when you’re done.

I used Fall colors for the flowers.  These are artificial silk flowers, so they will last from year to year.  If you have fresh flowers growing in your garden, please feel free to use those instead.  You could also use other colors to coordinate with the bottle’s colors.  Red roses mixed with yellow daffodils and blue hibiscus would make a great combination.

You could also use these as place settings.  Put one in front of Dad’s place, and he will know where he is supposed to sit.  These are great for a gathering, too, as you can make one for each father in attendance.

Tips from the Chief Cook and Bottle Washer

You can use whatever flower colors you like.  I chose these Autumn flowers because they look nice with the brown bottle.  Blue, red, or yellow flowers would be fine, too.
