Although the silicone scone pan looked mishappen when I took it out of the box, it did make nice scones. I happened to have blueberries on hand so I made Blueberry Scones.

Silicone Scone Pan Review
One of the annoying things about scones is that they are triangular and tend to spread while cooking unless they are in a scone-shaped pan. I decided to try this silicone pan instead of getting a metal one because I knew this one would be easier to clean.
I was surprised at how misshapen this device was when I first took it from its plastic wrapping. It seemed maybe something heavy had been on top of it because I had to pop the sides out. But I filled it with the dough and put it in the oven. When the scones were finished, they were nicely shaped. Getting them out of the oven was another story. They need larger handles so you don’t crush your nice scones or burn yourself trying not to. My solution was to use a pizza peel to get them out of the oven.
They popped out of the form nicely. I put them on a plate and served them warm with butter. They were eaten quickly. Clean-up was a breeze in hot, soapy water. I hand-washed the form, so I cannot say how well these would do in the dishwasher.
In conclusion, this pan does a good job at keeping scones in a nice shape, and clean-up is a snap.
