How to make spicy chili in your Instant Pot for a chilly winter night

Instant Pot Chili

There is nothing like a "Bowl of Red" on a cold, winter night.  You don't have to use canned beans and you don't have to even soak beans!

Get all your ingredients together.  Having everything at your tip of your fingers makes preparing food a lot easier.

Let’s get started!

Sauté

Sauté the vegetables and meat either on the stove top or using the Sauté function. Add hand-crushed tomatoes, beans and beef broth.

Set the Instant Pot

Seal the Instant Pot and make sure it is in the cooking, not venting position, Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook for 55 minutes. Use the Natural Release method..

Serve

It's spicy so it's good with a little sour cream or cheddar cheese on top - your choice.  Chili is also good with warm cornbread or tortillas.
