Szechuan Orange Pork Loin Roast is spicy, tender, and moist. It's very easy to prepare and makes a great presentation. It will be the star of your Chinese-inspired meal.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set the sauce aside,
Trim the roast of any excess fat.
Using a pastry brush, brush the roast with some of the sauce. Sprinkle it liberally with the black sesame seeds, then turn and do the other side. Put the roast in the refrigerator to marinate for an hour. Put the sauce in the refrigerator as well.
Put the roast in a pan and roast it at 350 F / 182.22 until it reaches 145 F / 62.77 C on an instant-read thermometer in the thickest part of the roast, about 90 minutes.
Remove the roast from the heat source and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before carving it.
Serve the roast with the sauce and the oranges for garnish.
