- 2 pounds Pork Loin Roast
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 bottle Taco sauce, your favorite

Instructions
- Mise en Place
- 2 pounds Pork Loin Roast, 4 cloves Garlic, 1 OnionPut the roast in the crock pot with the onion and garlic.
- 1 bottle Taco saucePour the taco sauce over the meat and flip it around so all the meat is covered with sauce.
- Cover the pot and set on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- The pork is done when it is 145 °F (63 °C) and pulls easily apart with a fork,
- Use meat shredding forks to shred and pull the meat apart. Serve with corn tortillas and your favorite toppings.
