Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon *Poultry Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Jax Peppered Habanero Spice
- 2 tablespoon Tomato powder
- ½ teaspoon Edible gold

Instructions
- 2 lbs Chicken wingsIf the chicken wings have not already been separated, with a sharp knife, cut the wing tips off and separate the flat from the wing.
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon Turmeric, 1 tablespoon Poultry Seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Jax Peppered Habanero Spice, 2 tablespoon Tomato powderIn a breading tray, combine the cornstarch, turmeric, poultry seasoning, peppered habanero, and tomato powder. Use a fork or whisk to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Dredge each wing in the mixture and put them on the rack of your air fryer.
- To ensure very crisp skin, let the wings rest in the refrigerator uncovered for 30 to 90 minutes before cooking.
- Cook them in the air fryer at 400 °F (204 °C) for 12 minutes or until they reach 165 °F (74 °C) on an instant-read thermometer.
- 1/2 teaspoon Edible goldPlate them and sprinkle the edible gold flakes on them before the presentation.
