Instructions
Mise En Place
Slice the garlic and set it aside.
Slice the brussel sprouts in a food processor and set aside.
If the bread is not stale enough, put it in the air fryer on dehydrate for 20 minutes.
Melt butter in a saute pan and add the sliced garlic. Add the garlic base and saute until the garlic is translucent.
Add the bread and toss to coat all the pieces in the butter,
Put the sprouts in a nice bowl, add the parmesan and croutons. Crack pepper over that salad. You can toss at the table or before serving.
Notes
If you want to make an impression on your guests, do like Caesar Cardini did and toss the salad at the table.
