Instructions
For the Seasoning
Mix all the ingredients together and taste for seasoning.
For the Potatoes
Mise en place
Put the potatoes in a bowl, drizzel oil over them, add a teaspoon of the seasoning, and shake.
Put the potatoes in an air fryer basket or cage, close it up, and cook them according to your air fryer's directions.
When they are done, sprikle more seasoning on them and serve them.

Notes
Don't like spicy? Omit the cayenne. You will have plenty of leftover seasoning, so don't fret about the sodium content.
