It's Inexpensive This easy-to-make appetizer is made from imitation crab, but you can use real crab if you have it.

Lots of good spices, including Outrage, dill, lemon, and Creole Magic.  The Creole Magic gives some spice.

Freezing the cakes makes them easier to handle.  You can make the sauce while they are freezing. Using a flexible cutting board is preferred.

While the cakes freezing, make the sauce with Homade Chili Sauce, more Outrage and more Creole Magic.

Garnish

Put a crab cake on a piece of toast, top with sauce, and garnish with cabbage and cilantro. A baguette is an excellent choice.
